Issy is Head of the HR Operations team which provides Managers and staff with effective and professional support in all aspects of Human Resources. Issy also leads and manages the probation and promotion panels for all academics and is an active part of the HR Leadership Team devising and aligning HR Strategy to meet the day-to-day needs of the RVC.
