I am the Staff Development Manager. I provide a programme of training and other development for staff. Some of things I am involved in are appraisal, complaince training, RVC behaviours, management and leadership development, Contract  Researcher Development, induction as well as training course design, delivery and contracting. I also advise others on development and I am always interested to hear how we can further develop our culture to be a geat place to learn, develop and be engaged.
