Olivia obtained a Bachelor of Sciences degree and Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine from The Royal Veterinary College between the years 2013-2020 and worked as a farm animal veterinarian for 5 years upon graduating. She returned to the Royal Veterinary College in 2025 to begin her PhD titled "Cattle Health and Productivity in Rewilding" whilst continuing to work part time as a clinical farm vet.
