As a Senior Anatomy Technician Sarah is responsible for the organisation and set up of practical classes and examinations in the Dissection Room. She is the Technical Manager for the Plastination Suite and is also responsible for organising the activities and schedule for the RVC Anatomy Club.

Sarah was the Education Officer for the Institute of Anatomical Sciences (IAS) from 2015 to 2022. In 2022 Sarah took on the role of IAS Chairperson.

Sarah is a demonstrator during gross anatomy dissection and practical classes. Sarah is also a tutor to students on the Veterinry Gateway Programme.
