I joined the RVC in November 2014, working as the Customer Care Manager in the QMHA, moving to my current role of Business Analyst in 2020. Prior to the RVC, I was a project manager for M&S for 15 years.

My main responsibilities are:

• Ensuring the smooth running of RxWorks; testing new features, overseeing the upgrades, ensuring users have the appropriate access
• Liaising with the hospitals regarding their aged debt and helping to manage this with LRC
• Co-ordinating hospital forms and processes to ensure we are consistent in our approach
• Helping scope out requirements for new systems
