Life-long learning is an underpinning educational philosophy of the RVC, and the development of our researchers to ensure they achieve their full potential within their chosen career is fundamental to our values as an institution.

Within our training programme, we have a section specifically for our researchers and these courses are aimed at enhancing personal, professional and career skills to a high level. We encourage our researchers to make as much use of what is on offer as possible and to discuss with their supervisor or principal investigator/line manager what training needs they may have and how these courses can help them develop their skills further.
