All initial referrals enquiries and appointments are made through your veterinary practice. If you are a horse owner it is important that we receive the referral from your regular veterinary surgeon.

Non-urgent referrals can be made by vets online using the Refer an Animal form. Veterinary surgeons may also refer cases using the dedicated phone line for vets, which is 01707 666667. For out-of-hours emergency referrals use the 24-hour line, which is 01707 666297.
