BVNA Congress poster prizes
Congratulations to our Veterinary Nursing students who were awarded poster prizes at the recent BVNA Congress for their final year projects. It is an excellent achievement to receive this recognition at a national level.
Sarah Watkins poster was called "UK Pet Owner Knowledge and Awareness of Pet Obesity and Health Risks" and Annere Creighton's poster was called "What constitutes effective veterinary nurse leadership?". This involved perceptions of leadership in veterinary nursing as viewed by nurses in formal leadership and non-leadership roles.
