You can order food or repeat medication for your pet from the comfort of your own home.

Please make sure that you include an up-to-date contact number in case there is a problem with your order, or we need to give your pet a check-up before issuing any medication.
In most cases, it will only take 48 hours for your order to be processed in the practice but it might be a little longer for items that are not in stock and have to be ordered in.
If you have not received confirmation that your medication is ready to be collected within 48 hours, please contact us to check that there isn’t a problem with your request.
We must have seen your pet within the past 12 months to be allowed to prescribe flea and worm products, and within the past six months or sooner for certain prescription medications.
Once it’s ready, you can collect your order from us. It really couldn’t be easier!
