“I chose this course as I was leaving home for the first time
and didn’t really want to immediately move into a city. I found
the idea of being able to stay in Wales for the first two years of
my study appealing. Being part of a smaller cohort and being
able to study by the sea as well as the more ‘one-on-one’ style
of tuition was very attractive, this really swayed my decision
on where to apply.
The transition between Aberystwyth to the RVC was smooth
and I felt ready to make the move when it was our time to
advance and continue my education at the RVC. The RVC
also has an amazing sporting and social community, which
has allowed me to develop a healthy work life balance,
which has further helped me integrate into the university
setting, form my identity and my professional persona.”
