Where to find us
Library, AV and IT Helpdesk staff are based in the Learning Resources Centres at each campus:
- Camden LRC - Hobday Building (1st floor)
- Hawkshead LRC - Eclipse Building (2nd floor).
The enquiry desks for the Infrastructure Services Directorate (ISD) services are located in the main entrances to the Library at each campus.

IT Helpdesk
IT Helpdesk hours of operation are: Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm (AV and telephone support from 8.00 am)
The IT Helpdesk also operates an Out of Hours service which can be telephoned for IT advice and assistance on the usual number during evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

Many Library services are also available online to carry out information searches, renew books etc. at any time using SCOUT (Search Content OUT).
'Open Access' computers
Please note that Open Access computing facilities are still available when the Libraries are closed - alternate access routes to the computer rooms can be used by swiping your ID card at the entrances.
