The RVC works with industry in many ways. Together, we can develop ideas and solutions and improve performance through access to research expertise, technology and skills.

The College’s activities in Clinical Sciences are also underpinned by Europe’s largest group of specialist veterinarians offering clinical services through RVC’s three animal hospitals, two of which are in Hertfordshire (small animal and equine referral hospitals) and one in London (small animal including exotics).

The RVC’s partners can benefit from our wealth of expertise in commercialising research through:

  • Contract research and consultancy

Commercialisation

The RVC has generated innovative technological outputs in fields including stem cell technologies, aero engineering, vaccine development and wider applications for both human and animal health. Services for business

London Bioscience Innovation Centre (LBIC)

The RVC owns and operates the London Bioscience Innovation Centre, based at St Pancras, which provides wet-laboratories and office space for around 30 small  to medium-sized companies active in the biological and biomedical sciences.

RVC Business

The RVC actively collaborates with business and industry to progress science and develop new technologies, including a range of contract research services. This ensures that our world-class scientific and clinical knowledge and expertise is used to improve the lives of humans and animals. Find out more.
